In addition to all the diving ducks, geese, sandhill cranes, and red-winged blackbirds appearing across the Northwoods, we saw our first American Robin of the season today. We also were greeted by the first Eastern Chipmunk of the year coming out to say “hi”.

Lots of increased bald eagle activity also.

Even though the weather forecast is saying more snow, the animals know Spring is on its way!
