We all remember this day in April well. Wild Instincts had just received their conditional use permit from the county to open their new facility. Mark was at a Wildlife Rehabilitation Advisory Committee meeting near Poynette with Marge from REGI when the phone call came in. Sharon had her truck stuffed with items moving to the facility for setting up. Mark called a Raptor Rescue Driver who was the closest to the landfill. He monitored the eagles and their vomitus until all could be collected. Sharon talked to a warden who was heading over to the site.
